    How to Prepare Raw PURPLE Dried Sea Moss:

    Follow these simple steps to prepare your Sea Moss at home:

    1. Submerge distilled/filtered or alkaline water OR under running clean  water to remove sand, salt and other impurities.
    2. Using fresh distilled/filtered or alkaline water, soak the sea moss for 12-48 hours, ensuring it is completely sub-merged and covered.
    3. Rinse with fresh distilled/filtered or alkaline water.
    4. Blend with a high-powered blender for 1-3 mins, adding water to start, then more depending on the consistency of gel you require .
    5. Store the gel in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 weeks for optimal freshness.

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to your drink of choice, or have it straight from the jar and enjoy its benefits.

Sea Moss Gel lasts around 2-5  weeks and needs to be kept refrigerated.
